Our mission is to provide innovative workspace solutions to help people work more securely, comfortably and confidently. In addition, we value our people and work to develop their skills and provide rewarding careers. In all aspects of our business, we uphold the highest standards of integrity.
Sharing Our Values
Fellowes was founded on values that have been sustained over eight decades. These values were not consciously selected by Harry Fellowes and his two sons, John and Folger. Rather, they were embraced by the generations that followed and ultimately defined a well-established way of doing business. More than anything, our success depends on our people. Together, we live by four core values:
- Integrity-We nurture a culture that delivers on promises, does what is right and is honest with itself.
- Teamwork-Joined through mutual respect, trust and support, we count on each other as we work together to achieve the company's purpose.
- Passion-We are driven to win, and determined to be the best in what matters most to our consumers, our customers and our people.

Appreciating Our People
We know it's our people who hold the key to our success. To honor them, we present Fellowes Forward Awards twice a year. These awards are presented to teams who best exemplify our values and act on our key strategies. Nominated by their peers, 12 winners are selected by the Executive Committee every six months.
